To adopt a puppy from Lifeline Puppy Rescue you will need to complete a qualifying questionnaire and sign a contract on-site during the adoption event. You must be over 18 to adopt a puppy. Average adoption fees range from $250 - $475; Cash, Visa, MasterCard only (sorry no checks are accepted). Our adoption fee for puppies is $375 + $100 spay/neuter deposit for puppies that are not yet fixed. It is $475 for dogs that are already fixed. An additional convenience fee of 3.5% will be added to all credit card charges.
All puppies have current shots, are spayed/neutered, microchipped and have been dewormed.

Lifeline rescued Tina and her 2 siblings from New Mexico. The vet discovered a severe heart murmur. Lifeline consulted a cardiologist at the CSU Veterinary Hospital for additional testing. The cardiologist noted she has a heart defect (small hole in her heart). That is not stopping her from being adorable, playful and super loving. She is a Velcro dog and loves to be with you. Her short term prognosis is good. She will need annual echocardiograms to see if any changes have occurred in her heart. This condition may or may not limit her life expectancy but right now she needs a loving home that knows and can accept the heart condition. She does well with other dogs, kids, and cats.
