To adopt a puppy from Lifeline Puppy Rescue you will need to complete a qualifying questionnaire and sign a contract on-site during the adoption event. You must be over 18 to adopt a puppy. Average adoption fees range from $250 - $500; Cash, Visa, MasterCard only (sorry no checks are accepted). An additional convenience fee of 3.5% will be added to all credit card charges.
All puppies have current shots, are spayed/neutered, microchipped and have been dewormed.

Louie is a 2.5-year-old sweetheart who’s back with us through no fault of his own and is ready for his true forever home. She was originally rescued by us a few years ago after being used as a breeding dog, with painful brands on her ears to prove it. Despite her rough start, Blossom has always been incredibly sweet and resilient. Here's what her previous owner had to say about her: Blossom is a very loving dog with a sweet personality.
