Save a life – Become a foster....

Thank you for your interest in becoming a foster family for Lifeline Puppy Rescue. We are quickly becoming a wonderful group of like-minded families on a mission to save lives! By opening up your home to foster dogs and puppies, you are providing the individual time and attention they need to transition from the shelter to a home environment. This prepares them for a successful forever adoption! The added bonus is you get to play with puppies without the lifelong commitment. By continuing to foster you, get to know the many different breeds of puppies!

In addition to puppy foster homes, Lifeline Puppy Rescue is also looking for foster homes for teenagers (4m – 1yr old), adults, pregnant and nursing momma dogs. These are special foster situations as the time commitment may be longer than the average and the pups may need some training help before going to their forever home!

Lifeline Puppy Rescue provides everything you will need to take care of the puppies in your home (crate, X-pen, food, toys, and vetting).

What do we expect from fosters?

• Love of dogs and puppies
• Commitment to fostering until adopted (approximately 3 weeks)
• The ability to transport the puppies to and from the rescue facility for vet appointments and adoption events

What do we provide to fosters?

• Travel kennel to safely transport puppies in your car
• Exercise pen to help manage puppies in your home
• Food, bowls, toys, etc.
• Training help! Especially for those teens!
• Support! With the staff at Lifeline Puppy Rescue as well as among the other fosters in the group. Share stories, learn new tips and tricks to manage a multi-pup household, and how to best prepare the puppies for their next chapters!
