To adopt a puppy from Lifeline Puppy Rescue you will need to complete a qualifying questionnaire and sign a contract on-site during the adoption event. You must be over 18 to adopt a puppy. Average adoption fees range from $300 - $525; Cash, Visa, MasterCard only (sorry no checks are accepted). An additional convenience fee of 3.5% will be added to all credit card charges.
All puppies have current shots, microchipped, have been dewormed and will be spayed/neutered before going home.

Hi, I’m Ester I’m just 1 year old, and I’ve already shown the world how tough, joyful, and resilient a pup can be. I was recently surrendered back to Lifeline because I’m a very special case: I have hip dysplasia and a luxating patella in my left hind leg. I’m looking for a forever family who can support my healing with physical therapy, supplements, and lots of love. Even with all that going on, I’m still the happiest girl you’ll ever meet. I greet everyone with full‑body wiggles and a smile that makes your whole day better. I know how to sit, and I’m working hard on learning not to pull on the leash — I’m eager to please and love being praised. Ester is the perfect match for someone who wants a dog with heart, hope, and endless affection. She’s ready to start her recovery journey with a family who will cheer her on every step of the way. Mia has been an amazing mom to her 6 babies and is now looking for her a forever family to call her own. She is a great dog that loves a fun adventure! She knows the basics, like "sit" and "down" and her favorite is the word "walk". Mia does well on a leash but may need a little work walking politely past other dogs, she can get very excited. Mia is very smart and picks up on any little training cues very quickly. She does well in her crate, sleeping through the night and staying there when leave the house. Mia loves to play! She's happy to fetch a ball or wrestle with a toy. She's great with her older foster sister dog, who is very chill. We do suggest she meets a younger, more enthusiastic potential sibling. Mia is also very happy to curl up next to you on the couch. Mia is such a fun pup and is ready for this new, bright chapter of her life!
