Hi, I’m 957 - Zoe. Please don’t let my shyness when someone tries to pick me up or when you first meet me deter you from giving me a chance. When I first came to my foster home I was scared—new surroundings, my sibling wasn’t with me, loud noises startled me…but my foster mom says every day I am doing better and getting braver, it just takes me a little time to trust and feel safe.
My foster mom named me Zoe…she also calls me “good girl” A LOT (and respond quickly when told “no-no”).
I have an awesome foster brother, a 90 lb lab named Rocky. We hit it off instantly and have been great friends since the minute I met him. Rocky has a girlfriend that comes over to visit—she is a big dog too (they are all big to me), and we have fun playing together.
I love my toys—puzzle toys, stuffed animals, balls. My favorite though is lambchop, I sleep all through the night in my “night-night” crate with her (for 8 hours!). My favorite spots: my playpen, my crate, and hanging out with Rocky on his dog bed.
My foster mom says I am really smart and pretty independent—not the kind of puppy that gets into all kinds of crazy trouble. I am good just chilling out with my toys, love to take naps, zooming around the yard.
I hope you will give me a chance and consider adopting me as your new family member, I’d love to find my forever home…preferably with another dog friend.
