To adopt a puppy from Lifeline Puppy Rescue you will need to complete a qualifying questionnaire and sign a contract on-site during the adoption event. You must be over 18 to adopt a puppy. Average adoption fees range from $250 - $475; Cash, Visa, MasterCard only (sorry no checks are accepted). An additional convenience fee of 3.5% will be added to all credit card charges.
All puppies have current shots, are spayed/neutered, microchipped and have been dewormed.

We've had the pleasure of fostering this little nugget for about a month and has become part of our family. He was originally named Buck because if you put an eye patch on him, my daughter thought he looked like Buck from Ice Age. Being super sweet and smart, we have been working on playing ball, potty training, crate-training and the commands "Sit", "Go to your bed", and "No bite". Buck plays well with other dogs (don't know about cats), is a foodie and comes running when he hears the ice machine or the scooby snack bag open. He is super curious, still likes to be held, sleeps through the night and has many different voices;)
