Toby is the sweetest pup! He is very shy at first and takes a little while to warm up but once he trusts you he becomes so sweet. He has a very gentle demeanor to him. He loves to play with his toys and the other dogs in his foster home but definitely loves snuggles on the couch. He would do well with another dog in his forever home to help him build some confidence. He is doing really well learning to walk on a leash and we're working on potty-training. He sleeps through the night on a dog bed and doesn't have any accidents. If you have a little more patience and are looking for a more laid-back puppy he might be the one for you!
