While he’s not the overly affectionate type, he listens well and has the cutest habit of waiting patiently on his bed for breakfast and dinner. He may be a little shy when meeting new people, but once he’s comfortable, his silly and gentle personality starts to shine. He’s fully potty trained, uses a bell to ask to go out, and knows a long list of commands including: off, wait, come, sit, lay down, and leave it. Nelson is easy to walk, enjoys coffee shop outings, and doesn’t bark much. He absolutely loves to play with other dogs and can’t get enough of chasing a ball. With his calm demeanor and playful side, Nelson would make a fantastic companion—especially for a family looking to add a second dog to their pack. He truly is a really, really good boy.
