My name is Snickerdoodle, but I respond to Snickers. I am a busy, alert boy. Don’t let these photos fool you. Yes, I nap after a good walk, but I’m curious and love to find new things within my reach. I love going for a walk and do quite well on the leash. After good exercise I nap like a champ. • As a Pitty/possibly Shepherd mix, I will be on the medium to large size. I am not nippy as some other puppies, so I think I’ll do well with children. • My favorite “toy” is a rawhide bone, but my foster mom says I can't chew off small pieces, so takes it away when I go at it too hard. I’m still figuring out toys, but I do like rope toys and Kongs. • Although adjusting quickly to my foster home, I can’t wait for my forever family to find me. I just love snuggles, having my tummy rubbed, or being on a blanket near my person. I definitely do not like being confined. I climbed out of the pen in about 5 seconds. Maybe my calling is to be a gymnast! My crate is not my favorite place, but I understand until I’m trustworthy it is necessary. • I’m potty training outside and progressing well, but I’m still a baby so keep an eye on me. • My foster mom says she has loved having the opportunity to take part in some of my initial training. But I’m definitely ready to be yours.
