Hi, I’m Polly! I’ve been in my foster home for about 2 weeks, arriving the day after my eye was removed. That may sound scary, but I didn’t miss a beat learning how to get around in my foster home, and navigating around with a cone. I loved meeting my new foster brother, and lots of new neighborhood friends (the 4-legged and 2-legged kind, kids and adults). My foster mom says having one eye hasn’t slowed me down at all and that I am a sweet, well-behaved, and snuggly puppy (and those ears!). I love all my toys (balls, stuffed, rope, chew toys, you name it!), and my foster mom says I am really good at entertaining myself. But I also love my naps by my foster mom’s feet while she works or naps with my foster brother. I have free-run time round the house, and haven’t gotten into too much trouble—curious but not mischievous and only a very few accidents (on pee pads) and I’m learning “outside potty.” I’m also learning sit, wait, and paw to shake hands. I hope you will consider adopting me as your new family member, I’d love to find my forever home with my new family.
