Meet #48 Billy! He is a super-intelligent, observant, handsome, and cautious boy. He began at his foster home hiding in the shadows, and now he IS the shadow to his foster mama. It took time to warm up, but now that he knows humans are friends, he comes out of his shell and loves playing, cuddling, and being within arm's reach. He sits for a treat or to be picked up, is food-motivated, and potty-trained but has a love/hate relationship with the crate. He has some anxious behavior and will need patience in the early days at his new home while he understands it's safe. Billy had a fantastic transformation in foster care and deserves his true rags-to-riches story!
