Hi, my name is Chunky Monkey. I’m going to be a big sturdy girl and I’m busy, busy, busy. I’m a very happy, bouncy girl who loves to play. I have so much fun chasing the lure (ball on a string attached to a pole) and playing am tug-o-war with a rope toy. • My favorite toys are anything with a rope or squeaker! I love the bumpy Nyla bone and the balls with a rope. I already retrieve and bring them back to be thrown again and again. • I need some work on spacial awareness and walking on a leash to not be a tripping hazard, but I learn quickly and am treat incentivized. I sleep well when I’ve had lots of playtime and exercise. I will do well with a family who loves to be outdoors and go on long hikes. • I’m learning “sit” and “down,” and I come when called. Sometimes I’m so excited for the treat that I can’t stop wiggling, but with time I will settle nicely for you. I’ll follow you around wherever you go. • I’m potty training outside and am doing very well, even starting to go to the door when I have the urge, but I’m still a baby so keep an eye on me. • I can’t wait for my forever home. I’m definitely ready to be YOURS!
