Pumpkin is a special little girl. Rescued with her littermates from New Mexico, it was found she had a severe heart murmur. After a consultation with a cardiologist it was determined she needed PDA surgery (Patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) surgery is done to close a blood vessel called the ductus arteriosus). Lifeline of course found the best surgeon and she had that surgery 2 weeks ago. Pumpkin has fully recovered, no murmur and acting like every other puppy. Pumpkin is fully house trained and will scratch the door to let you know she has to go potty. She LOVES other dogs and playing fetch. If she could spend the entire day outside she would. Pumpkin is ready for her forever family.
