Kody (so called because we think he looks like a coyote) is a super chill puppy. He does great with older kids (hasn’t been around younger kids yet) and other dogs, big and small. He’s friendly, curious, and super smart. He is working really hard on house training and doesn’t have any accidents if given the opportunity to go outside every couple of hours. He learned the sit command in a matter of minutes. He sleeps in his crate for 8 hours at night with only a couple minutes of whining at the beginning as he settles down. He’s working on crate training during the day and will go and nap in his crate on his own if he has the option. He’s very snuggly and loves to just hang out next to people or in their laps while they work or watch TV. He’s been really good about not chewing on things he shouldn’t and responds well when told no. He loves watching older dogs teach him what to do and how to be a dog. Anytime his foster brother dog is doing anything Kody is watching with a cocked head taking it all in and then does what his foster brother does. He’s learned how to go up and down stairs. He loves playing with sticks and jumping on them after he tosses them in the air. He walks very well on a leash. He will make a great addition to his forever family!
