To adopt a puppy from Lifeline Puppy Rescue you will need to complete a qualifying questionnaire and sign a contract on-site during the adoption event. You must be over 18 to adopt a puppy. Average adoption fees range from $250 - $475; Cash, Visa, MasterCard only (sorry no checks are accepted). Our adoption fee for puppies is $375 + $100 spay/neuter deposit for puppies that are not yet fixed. It is $475 for dogs that are already fixed. An additional convenience fee of 3.5% will be added to all credit card charges.
All puppies have current shots, are spayed/neutered, microchipped and have been dewormed.

Rudy is such a sweet, confident pup! You will often find him in his cute little sit just watching what you're up to. He hasn't been with his foster family for very long but is quickly learning the routine, so far no accidents and he's sleeping through the night in his crate with his brother. Rudy loves the snow and play time! He gets along so well with his older foster sister dogs. Rudy is a lovebug and can't wait to find his forever family!

Hi I am Tater (#1073). I was very skittish when I went to my Foster home at first. Now I love to explore and play. My favorite toy is a tennis ball but all my Foster sisters toys are a blast to squeak! Especially when the TV is on. The warmth of the fireplace will put me to sleep quickly. After a gentle introduction with my foster sister, I absolutely love her. We play and I get a lot of confidence from her. My Foster sister taught me how to knock on the door to be let out and also when I want in. I sleep in my kennel all through the night. I am working on getting fully potty trained. I pick up things quickly like going up and down the stairs in a day. I hope to find my furever home, Tater!

Butterscotch is a calm, snuggly pup who has mastered the art of "puppy dog eyes". He loves playing with kids and dogs, chewing on sticks and being held. He's working on potty training, and can use a doggy door, but isn't quite potty trained yet. He is crate trained and is content to sleep through the night in his crate. It's hard to say no to those eyes, so be prepared to have your heart melted!

We’ve had the pleasure of fostering Coco for several weeks and we just love her. She’s very sweet, and loves to snuggle. She’s very playful and loves to play with her stuffy or a good chew toy and loves to chase ice cubes around the kitchen. She loves to play with our dogs and is great with our two boys. She learned the doggie door quickly and does great using it to go potty outside which has helped a lot with potty training. She’s had very few accidents and just keeps getting better. She’s going to make a wonderful addition to any loving FUREVER home.

Doesn’t this sweet girl have the most precious face? We’ve loved having Lyla in our home and spending several weeks with her. She is super sweet and loving and loves being near her people. She’s loves to play and chase our dogs in the backyard and does great with our kids. She likes to chew on nylabones, stuffys, and run after tennis balls. She’s very smart and learned to use the doggie door by only watching our dogs a few. Potty training has gone very well and she hasn’t had any accidents for awhile now.
