To adopt a puppy from Lifeline Puppy Rescue you will need to complete a qualifying questionnaire and sign a contract on-site during the adoption event. You must be over 18 to adopt a puppy. Average adoption fees range from $250 - $475; Cash, Visa, MasterCard only (sorry no checks are accepted). An additional convenience fee of 3.5% will be added to all credit card charges.
All puppies have current shots, are spayed/neutered, microchipped and have been dewormed.

Meet Bonnie, an adorable chihuahua mix who became a proud mama to two precious puppies in late 2024. After her little ones were weaned, Bonnie found herself in a loving foster home, learning to adjust. Bonnie's foster family includes two kids (ages 12 and 14), two playful dogs (a Shih tzu and a Russell mix), and four cats. At first, Bonnie is a shy and takes her time warming up to new faces. She's not one to jump into cuddles right away, preferring to carefully assess whether someone feels safe to her. When it comes to people, Bonnie is wonderfully loyal once she decides you're trustworthy. She started by connecting with the male adult in her foster home, and within a few hours, she was following him everywhere. Soon after, she became just as attached to the female adult and is very slowly warming up to the kids. She has some separation anxiety when her humans leave the house. Bonnie gets along with both the dogs and cats, showing zero reactivity towards the feline family members. She does get a bit nervous when the male dog shows energy and she will let him know. After a couple of weeks, she’s enjoying being part of the pack, at times from a distance but enjoying following the canines around. One thing to know about Bonnie - she's not a fan of the cold. When temperatures dip below 50 degrees, she's hesitant to spend time outdoors and will use a potty pad indoors. On warmer days, she loves exploring her foster home's fenced backyard, gradually becoming more adventurous. Bonnie does well walking on a leash once she feels comfortable with her walking buddy. She's timid around strangers and unfamiliar animals, but with patience and gentle encouragement, she blossoms. She has a strong preference to sleep near her human companions. The perfect home for Bonnie would be one that understands her need to feel safe and secure. She thrives with calm, low-energy companions who give her time to adjust and show her love and confidence. With patience, Bonnie will become the most loyal and loving companion you could ask for.

Karlie is a little imp who will pounce her way into your heart! She is very smart and knows how to sit for treats, go through the doggie door, and rarely has accidents by using indoor wee-wee pads and doing her business when taken outside. She is going to be easy to train and will pick up on things quickly (oh, she wanted me to remind you about the treat part!) She loves showing off her toys to anybody and everybody. She might be a little shy at first but comes out of her shell quickly. She’s been around other dogs, cats, and chickens with no issues, and just loves playing with her foster dog siblings. Danika is an adorable 19-week-old puppy, who is sweet, energetic, and smart! She is a Heeler Terrier mix who is working on her potty training and is very intelligent. Although she gets along with other dogs, she is food-motivated and will try to finish other dogs' meals if they do not finish quickly enough - so she is best eating alone. Her most striking feature is her adorable ears. She is a playful pup who loves her toys and bones, and although she usually sleeps in her crate, she can sleep outside of it too. We’ve been calling this boy Beau. He is a super sweet, energetic, and playful boy. He’s confident in new situations and wants to say hi to anyone and anything. He’s very vocal and loves to “argue” with you and the older dogs, but settles really great inside of the crate and sleeps through the entire night. He does the cutest little howl every time you let him out of the crate in the morning. He hasn’t had any accidents indoors while being taken out regularly and knows to go right away outdoors. Both #54 (Blue) and #55 (Bebe) have been doing great. They loved the recent snow and love playing outside. They both listen very well and their manners are great. Blue has caught on quickly to the sit command. I'm not sure if he's copying his foster brother or if he's really training. Either way, he sits and gets the treat! They settled in immediately and potty training has been great. They know to sit by the door when they need to go. Nap time with these two is taken very seriously. Blue is a bit in the smaller side compared to his sister but he definitely matches her energy levels. Bebe is a great puppy and she finds the funniest positions to fall asleep in.
