Nothing says self-care more than puppies and yoga! Join Lifeline Puppy Rescue as we host outdoor puppy yoga classes to benefit homeless puppies.
Classes are led by a certified yoga instructor and include a group of rescue puppies that will be doing stretches right alongside you!
Classes are 45 minutes long with 15 minutes of puppy playtime after the class
All abilities welcome, ages 21+
Please bring your own mat, sunscreen, and water
